Rare find this antique french jewellery box still with its original tools inside, covered in leather with metal monogram fd, with tufted silk lining. Beautiful box to keep your treasures in. Stille filled with several original sewing tools made of bone, various antique handmade bits of lace and several (6) little booklets with lace/embroidery designs, very decorative. One of the booklet has been re-sowed back together, a sign of true value for its original owner. The silk is a lovely bright red/pink/purple/burgundy color, some holes were the filling come through, because of the crochet hook.
